Managing a diverse team of stakeholders to align the HCM technology with business requirement. Leading client project team including CHRO, CFO, existing and new employees through key decision making, process changes, change management and user adoption. Managing relationship with the vendor project manager and additional vendor resources to configure, update and improve the existing Human Resources and Payroll technology

Solution

Provided guidance and strategy to the cross organizational team to deliver detailed workflow and policy specifications, agree on configuration needed and create and maintain a project plan with deliverable tasks and dates. Met with client senior management to review progress and provide strategic input. Brought client and vendor management resources together to evaluate options, discuss issues and maintain project harmony and progress.

Result

The system was re-implemented on budget with new functionality that was tested and delivered to address and improve HR and Payroll needs. Employees were trained in system usage and best practices to fully maximize ROI.
