Deliver a seminar entitled “Female Empowerment Drives Organizational Success.” Specifically addressing SDG#5-Gender Equality, we discussed unconscious bias and structural barriers within organizations that limit women’s ability to thrive.
Result
Many members of the group expressed that their eyes had been open for the first time to these issues and appreciated the tools and techniques that were shared to improve outcomes.
