Last month, Kris attended the SAP Midmarket Strategic Initiative Summit! Our focus was on Private Equity, where we explored some of the trends and strategies that will shape the Private Equity industry for 2024. It was a blowout success, and we can’t wait to see what the plans are for next year.

UKG Partner Summit in Orlando Recap

Morris attended the UKG Partner Summit in October, where he learned about some of the company’s newest developments. UKG acquired the international payroll software company Immedis, creating a comprehensive global payroll solution called UKG One View.

In addition, UKG has released its AI tool UKG Bryte, which can automate various HR tasks such as creating job descriptions, interview questions, career path design, and more. This tool also integrates with the “Great Place to Work” content that UKG partners with to provide articles and training.
